上海腾拔质构仪助力山东大学在高分子科学领域期刊发表论文

  2019年12月，山东大学海洋学院研究人员在期刊《Polymers》在线发表了题为“Development and Properties of Fish Gelatin/Oxidized Starch Double Network Film Catalyzed by Thermal Treatment and Schiff’Base Reaction"的研究论文。在本论文中，研究人员利用上海腾拔Universal TA研究型质构仪用于测定鱼明胶/氧化淀粉膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。
