上海腾拔质构仪助力珠江水产研究所发表第6篇SCI期刊论文

 中国水产科学研究院珠江水产研究所研究人员在国际水产领域期刊《Aquaculture Reports》(IF=3.216)在线发表了题为“Growth performance, intestinal microbiota and immune response of grass carp fed isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets containing faba bean extracts"的研究论文。在该论文中，研究人员利用上海腾拔Universal TA研究型质构仪测定草鱼的硬度、弹性等质构指标。
