上海腾拔质构仪助力华南农业大学在国际水产期刊发表研究论文

         近日，华南农业大学海洋学院唐汇娟副教授等在水产领域国际期刊《Aquaculture》(IF=5.135)发表了题为"Feeding effects of low-level fish meal replacement by algal meals of Schizochytrium limacinum and Nannochloropsis salina on largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides)"的研究论文。在该论文中，研究团队使用上海腾拔Universal TA研究型质构仪测定了大口黑鲈的硬度、弹性、咀嚼性、内聚性、粘附性和回复性等指标。
